The well-equipped double room with a balcony was great; with a shower, hairdryer, and bidet provided, and the location was exceptionally nice, close to nearby bakeries and easily accessible.

We stayed here for 4 nights, the hotel was quiet little, had best possible location close to everything there is to see in Naples. Location: the venue was right by the historical district and a local cafe and drink and the historic old town. The staff was helpful and amiable, as well as host...

Our stay at Novanova was absolutely wonderful! The room was immaculate and exactly like the pictures. We loved the convenience of having coffee and tea available in the entrance. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the city. The best part was the exceptional service we received. The hotel provided a WhatsApp contact number and answered all our questions at any time of day or night. They even gave us fantastic recommendations for nearby restaurants, beaches, and jewelry shops. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Naples.

We stayed at this hotel for a weekend getaway and were delighted with our experience. Kris, the host, was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The location couldn't have been better, with plenty of attractions within walking distance. The rooms were beautifully decorated, oozing style and charm. Although breakfast was not available on-site, Kris provided several options at nearby cafes, all of which were exceptional. Plus, there was always coffee available at the hotel.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The room was clean, well-equipped, and beautifully decorated. The hotel facilities were great, including the comfortable bed, spacious shower, and large flatscreen TV. The location in the historic old town was perfect, as it was close to everything there is to see in this city. We also loved the fact that it was in the heart of the city, surrounded by picturesque alleys and a charming square. Additionally, the staff was friendly and responsive, always ready to help us.

We had a fantastic stay in the heart of the city. Our room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom. The location was ideal, with all the main streets and tourist attractions within easy walking distance. We also enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere of the nearby park. The service provided by the staff was excellent, with helpful tips and recommendations. we couldn't have asked for a better experience.
The breakfast options were limited, but considering the lack of alternatives in the area, it was understandable.

Comfortable premium bedding and pillow menus: I was so impressed with the level of comfort in the bed and pillows that it felt like sleeping on a cloud.
Limited reception availability.

The location was sick - we were close to both the Port of Naples and Molo Beverello Port, so we could easily hop on a boat for some epic adventures. The room was dope, with a comfy bed and trendy vibes. Plus, the staff was mad cool and hooked us up with the best insider tips for party spots in the area. Naples was absolute fire!
The only thing we wished for was a banging rooftop party scene at Novanova. The hotel was wicked, but having a rooftop bar or hangout spot would have taken our stay to the next level.

Loved the city views and free WiFi at NovaNova and the Italian breakfast. The elevator was handy, and I felt safe with the fire extinguisher and security system. The shared kitchen was great for preparing meals. Recommended for exploring Mt. Vesuvius and Phlegraean Fields.
Oh, joy, the elevator only went up and down, not sideways. How inconvenient!
